Since so many people guess before we know which letters are correct it will probably make the game unplayable. For example, as soon as 'I' was picked in that position the next obvious guesses are 'N' and 'G' but since no one knew 'I' was right, we wasted a bunch of lines.

BTW, I want to see blood on this man - he's goint to get brutally hung.

But Hangman is too easy then. I find it impossible to lose IRL, so a bit of in the dark guesswork is more difficult.
