I did read all your above posts before replying. In fact, I've reread them again and again. I think your sentences do not say to me what you meant. But, that is not my fault. What did you mean, by the way??

I was just trying to help. And in that spirit I can report that I still do not see a laughing smiley. There is however a rolleyes smiley. Hope this helps.

That sure is a big avatar comrade T is using!! Probably had to pay extra for that.

Are you saying that your avatar was changed from the star to a laughing smiley?? Sorry, but your words still do not clearly reveal your intented meaning.

If so, that is very odd, and I too would be concerned. Unfortunately, once a change is made, it changes all your posts. I hope this doesn't occur again or spread further. Good luck.

Are those pictures all from websites you've visited lately? It doesn't really look like advertising to me, especially that thin green one. More like your browser is mixing up pictures or something (don't think I've ever seen anything like it though). Maybe clearing your cache will fix it.

While it most likely is Frozzy's system that is the problem (what broswer etc do you use?), I wouldn't put it past Markos to do this as part of his advertising "experiments".

Frozzy, another test you can perform is to try browsing Apolyton using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Frozz - the problem with your avatar is similar to something I saw once. When trying to change my avatar, I was puzzled how, even with a reload, all my posts showed the OLD avatar. Eventually I cleared all my Temp Net Files - a bit drastic, but it forced the computer to redownload all of those things like avatars, and showed only the new one from then. It may have been that your system has your old avatar in memory and shows you it in lieu of downloading it every time. I'm not sure how to force it to get the new avatar beyond my drastic measure, but rest assured we see your avatar as how you want it.
