Archives link bug? Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

I've noticed that with long threads (topics) larger than two pages, the link to the next or previous page goes to another unrelated thread. This is in the Civ2 Strategy Archives. Has anybody else noticed or reported this problem?

Yeah, and it's not just one thread either, it's in a lot of them.

Well you go tell that to the mothers of my lost coffee shop threads!!!!!!

This is not a complaint, just a naive follow-up question. Are the archives more difficult to maintain than the current threads? If it is a question of "old = unimportant" then I'm requesting a rethink because as far as the Civ2 Strategy Archives go, there's lots of gold in them mountains and it would be nice to have a current reliable geological map one can use.

no, it's just a matter of how good the script is. to be exact, the "regular" ubb allows you to archive only one thread at a time, which would make archiving impossible for our case where there is a new of archving hundreds of threads. so, we have installed a hack that allows the archival of several threads at once. the hack though is not perfect and may create problems if you put it to archive to many threads together...
