I'm slightly worried, to tell the truth... A cheap T-Shirt with lots of print on tends to turn into a suit of armor when it's hot outside, with all of the printed stuff being in this stiff, rubbery substance that gets really sweaty and uncomfortable and eventually cracks up and flakes off. The solution os to print with greater quality straight on to the T-Shirt but will that work for Screenshots, I wonder?

It had better be a white shirt. That's all I wear. I will be quite discontent to find that the only association that I actually have had a part in puts out a some whack t-shirts that I can't wear.

MLS: You raise some good points and will take them into consideration. Again, the announcement of the details of the shirt is only a preliminary look of how things stand right now.

kwang & MLS: The shirts will likely just be available in white to begin with, but we can look at other schemes later on (e.g. black, gray).

Please NO!
I am in favour of Apolyton T-Shirts, but please dont put any Screenshots of Civ games on it!!!! I just want the Apolyton Logo somewhere. Or maybe the Apolyton-Pack logo! But please, dont write "Civilization" anywhere big.
I really dont find it cool, to run around with a T-Shirt of screenies from a PC-Game (or with the name printed somewhere really big)! That makes me look like a weirdo or freak!
Sorry, but I wont get T-Shirts with screenshots of Civ games on it. Same when "Civilization" is written somewhere real big (the word civilization in the logo is not a problem, I just dont want to see it as a standalone somewhere).
Heck, everyone will think, I am a PC-Gamer with no life. Sorry, thats not the impression I want others to get from me.
What I want would buy is a black or white T-Shirt, with the Apolyton logo on the back. If its a white, put the red logo on it, if its black put the yellow logo on it.
And a small logo upperleft corner (above heart) on the front side of the t-shirt.
Thats what I would ask for.

I would want the full-colour variant only if it's silkscreened... aTa, don't be ashamed of the fact that you play computer games. Geez, what is this, the eighties?
My ideal Apolyton T-Shirt would be a Green or Saffron-Coloured T-shirt with just a small apolyton Logo over the heart. The logo should be foll-colour, silkscreened.

Heck some of us are men, society doesnt want us to play games! We must work! Beat our women, drink beer and all that stuff, you know? (playing is for children only)
Besides, with this T-Shirt I want only to show my connections to a certain group named Apolyton and to its members and not to games like SMAC, CtP, Civ2, ToT,... .
Like I said:
The back: The Apolyton logo in adequate size (not too big and not too small). Maybe the URL (edit: not webpage, silly me) too. But smaller.
The front: A smaller apolyton logo above the heart. Or maybe the Apolyton Pack logo. That was an awesome logo too. Dont know however, I think the bg picture is from Activision (copyright?).

1) the images from the games and apolyton are not so "tense". they are just forming a background. the names of the games though are quite visible(with "Apolyton" being more visible than anything on the back side)
generally, the designs wont use much color ink, if you know what I mean...
2) the back picture of the apolyton pack logo is from ctp, therefore owned by activision.

Although, even I succumb to wearing "going to meeting clothes", so I would also buy a polo/golf, knit-type shirt.
