	Next ACDG: two most favourite factions? Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

As the other poll on this subject isn't really creating clarity on how many people can be expected to join a certain faction, here's an alternative attempt to find out.
Please first pick one faction you would most want to join.
Then below that please pick one faction you would want to join second most, if the first one wasn't an option.
There are at maximum 24 poll options, so therefore I've excluded the Hive and Drones out of this poll, which currently have the least votes in Jamski's poll.
Time limit is seven days.

Edit: Btw, just to make things clear, this is just one of many informative polls to get some ideas what are the mosrt popular factions. This is by no means a definite official poll on what faction you're gonna join.

One question. What knowledge do you intend to gain by the second choice poll? If it shows different result than the first choice what would you propose we do about it?

Also, wouldn't it be better if you create two separate polls so that Hive and Drones also get to be included?

Most likely the votes for the first faction will be split on a wide number of factions. The second choice can give an indication where those people will go if their first choice isn't included, and thus make it easier to determine what factions will participate.

That was the point of the upcoming "run-off" poll from the "big-all-14-factions preference poll", which will be single vote, but only with the more popular factions. But wait a few days till the first poll closes so we can see which factions made the grade.

The more polls, the better IMHO. Then we have more information to base our faction choices on.

Why dose this Poll include the Alien factions as options, first off they didnt get any votes in the first poll and its it would be a bad idea to have a human controled Alien faction in a Democracy game vs the traditional factions, they would get gassed badly and becuse everyone uses directed reserch they loss the main alien strength in single player, all they have going for them is their free Recycling Tanks.
