To my best knowledge these are the current members of all factions. Based on what I saw in the previous ACDG, I've also made some note about presumed activity level.
"G(ame)P(lay) active" means having had government posts and participated in extensive planning
"R(ole)P(lay) active" means having written articles for the newspaper, or posting a lot.
"Normal" means posting from time to time, but not having participated in government or extensive planning lately
"Active?" means I don't know due to being a member of another faction
"Unknown" is because they weren't part of this ACDG.

Would this then be somewhat correct?:

Morganites and Data Angels are certainly viable, but Gaians and Spartans currently only half about half the members of the other two. So if necessary because we don't get any more members, how about joining forces and all join into one faction: either the Spartans or the Gaians? For those really wanting to stick to their current faction's ideology, I do not see the Gaian and Spartan ideologies as incompatible. I can certainly for example imagine some Muir-like military order fighting one with nature.

For the likely to win faction you have a huge leg up with Ogie O - one of smac/x legends from its inception (I believe that OO still holds the record for fastest transcend on transcend level)

So appeal to the newbies (or builders) who want to see how a momentum faction really operates

Their are also dozens of people who have not yet chossen a Faction, lets see how this continues to pan out over the next week or 2. The situation in the current game seems to indicate a longer then expect time from for Cycon to get Crushed (Perhaps we should come up with a point spread on that and see if we can beat it).

We should also start a general recruitment effort to bring in many of the PBEM folks who havent yet partisipated in Democracy games.

Haven't about all people who participated in the previous ACDG already chosen their faction? IMO therefore the division will most likely stay like it is: 1/3 of the members for Morgan and Angels each, and only 1/6 for Sparta and Gaia. That isn't viable I think.
