Buck Birdseed, Child of Thor...not even close

Standup, "Deus ex Machina", haven't heard that one in awhile! It's not the right answer but its in the same sort of category you would place this game in.

Who else?

P.S
My previous post contains another important hint. Can you find it?

Very well another riddle....a short one...

From the mid 80's this one has come
From 'a' company called sometimes scum

Excuse, but now i have to take care of some pesky, heathen elves in the forest

Well, if you with 'scum mean infocom (not that I've heard it called 'scum but what the heck), you might perhaps mean "A mind forever Voyaging".

I think he means Atari ('a')? not that it helps me much but the 80's might trigger something(other than mullet hair cuts+ shoulder pads etc :shudder: )

Kropotkin, No it ain't from infocom. But you're getting close!

That last riddle might be a bit obtuse.
A 2nd riddle might stop to confuse!

At the time the release was a bold decision
Releasing this tale was an "Act of Vision"...

I somehow would like to implore the clue givers to repost all clues with the next in the series. It is too hard to search back through pages and posts to put them together.

Tired of ads?

Better ?

I have to bow my head in shame.
Cause this time it ain't no game.
Although in a way I'm part of it
They only thing I do is watch and sit!...

The grand deed has now been done
And with it mankind has truly gone
While the mighty machines now lay dormant
They did leave an informant....

Try to remember the first rhyme.
The deeds transcribed are in the past of time...

like i said, i have an informant who does the tasks
Be as it may, i still have to give him directions to ask
From ancient Greece his title came
For Homer, the teller of stories, is this AI's name...

From the mid 80's this one has come
From 'a' company called sometimes scum
At the time the release was a bold decision
Releasing this tale was an "Act of Vision"...

No, no, no... that part of the riddle has to do with a more recent game that was released. It doesn't relate to this game.

No, that doesn't fit in with the other clues i've given. This ain't no game remember?

That Crawford game would be " The betrayal of Siboot" sort of a negotiation game with emotion icons. Actually tried it out once but couldn't get into it. But no, that ain't it either...but Kropotkin is very close! I can't say any more.

Is an application software then? or a spreadsheet? And i tried the Siboot game a few years ago - i also found it more interesting than actual fun.

er terrible guess just cause it popped into my head and i need rid of it:

'Little Computer People'?

No, not LCP either...it's still classified as a 'game'

Perhaps a final riddle....

How mankind had gone to heaven or hell
So where does lie mankind's final fate?
It's in the name of this imposing gate
