BtW, should we include the 'Iron Civer' rules and etiquette for this game too ? They seem to be used in most C3C PBEM games now. It would clear up the 'leagal' things a bit.
I remember it was brought up earlier too, but no clear choise were made.

The rules are in the 3rd post of the thread linked in my .sig (also topped in the forum). I'd like to use them, but it seems kind of weird bringing them into the middle of the game. I think some of the etiquette may have been 'violated' here in the past already. As Adagio is the only one in this game not already involved with the 'Iron Civer', I'd be willing to take or leave those rules depending on what he thinks...

He propably means that only cities that complete build, can change builds to something new during production phase.
e.g. not zoom to city and browse cities with arrow keys and fix disorders by assigning entertainers or change/rush builds, or not use "f1" key after completing tech and switching/rushing builds. Or, so i understand it. Only after all cities have completed their builds, and you are in the phase where you can move units, could you zoom to cities and fix disorder/rushbuild/change builds.

I agree. It would have to be a 4-way treaty stipulating that the new rules apply going forward only, and we can't complain if any one civ doesn't want to change at this point.

Way to go with the priorities, ADG :-)

About 3-1, this point is not really about the cheats themselves, but avoiding all the cheats Conqueror mentioned by not going into the city screens during the production phase. Players might forget it is the the wrong time and start going through the cities thinking they are doing regular city management...

In the "it's not a bug, it's a feature" department, any time the map is blacked out [with 1.22], it is still the production phase. :/
