We the people of the Emerald Cove bid you greetings.

We look upon this region as the true home of our people, and hope that we will be made welcome.

Our tiny nation comes in peace, yet not as slaves to be down trodden.

We are strong, able warriors, both male and female.

We will stand for Apolyton and fight to keep this region for the true gamers of the "Sacred Site".

Yet we are a just Kingdom, who welcomes all to enjoy our relaxed holiday lifestyle.

We have placed a bid for the land plotted at 113 on the Apolyton Map. This would meet with our requirements for resorts and holiday destinations around the fertile lands.

It is hoped once all is settled that you will send your people to holiday with us, to come and play the games of chance in our multiple Casinos, enjoy the food of our finest chefs in the resturants and beach kiosks, and bath in the luxury of delight that comes from our most excellent room service.

Our people like the idea of good customers spending their money to be pampered and enjoy the luxuries that life was meant for.

As to your Government affairs, what do we know of them? So as we are new here we understand that their already exists a political structure of diplomacy at many levels.

Dictator Frankychan, as we get to know each other, if you see us heading inadvertantly into areas of your politicaly dimension, we would hope you would be gracious enough to point this out to us.

The economy of the Beuatiful Emerald isles shoudl expand with this visit, as will the local population !!!!!!

The newly finish Grand Emerald Hotel has been been made available for you fine people.

General Hoges and His Chief of Staff Strop will be recieved in a state dinner held down on the Main Beach. We have a great selection of beers and whiskeys for the occasion.

While we have such an illustrious personage here, we hope that General Hoges will be available to attend the opening ceremony of our new bridge across the Hayma River, here in our Capital.

We are quite proud of the bridge, and many a painter would be quite awestruck to have the Bridge opened by one so famous in the art.

My people sure are happy to here the General will open the Bridge.

Already people are talking in the taverns of the bridge being named "The Byron" in honour of the General, Strop and Delvine.
