	The Former nation of Azan thread. Increase the size of your Attachments

Made this thread to post ONLY about the former nation....it's current leader, changeover in users, etc. Whomever leads this nation, sets the issues.

So, from what I get from what's been mentioned here, I guess I'm leading this nation for now.

IC: The People's Federal Republic of centralis formally and unequivocally condemns the recent abolition of the minimum wage by the occupying Frankychanland forces. The minimum wage is an essential aspect of the fight for equality, and its removal is a clear indication that the occupying forces intend to use Azan as a cheap labour zone for their own profit at the expense of the inhabitants. Are they content with bombing the roofs off the heads of the Azani people, that they must steal the bread from their mouths as well? This act of blatant imperialism cannot be tolerated by any humane government.

Here's my attempt at an up-to-date map of Frankychanland and Azan. I guessed at the placement of Ali'i City, so let me know if you want it moved (or anything else added).

I like it. And the placement of my capital is good.....but it looks like Azan will be getting it's territories back. ;(

It just takes some patience and the right tools. I did this one (and the one like it in the Jonchastan thread) in illustrator, then exported it as a gif. The warzone maps in the roleplay thread were done (pixel-by-pixel, for the most part) in Photoshop and (now that I finally downloaded it) the Gimp.

Those maps had so many fiddley bits, and the quality when blown up to allow for text was not so good. It the end, it was actually less frustrating that way.
