Yes, you have to delete all of the other boxes: the sent mail and message tracking, and AFAIK you could have messages older than 10 days (yes, I know that may be patronizing).

jshelr, I'm 16, and the only stuff I know about a computer is that DOS used something like a code (you had to write stuff), and now I have windows XP.
