Our silly Spearmen have disgraced us.
They each had a 46% chance to successfully defend against a veteran Immortal attack and all 6 of them died! That had a 2% chance of happening!

Wow 8 GS, upgrade cost of what, 8x80 gold or 8x90 even ? Havent yet played Celts in C3C seriously enough to remember. Immortals cost 30 shields and were 60 g to upgrade a piece, so i assume a 40 shield GS costs atleast 80 gold ?

Will play the turn shortly if i manage to get C3C properly running on my friends computer.
(i'm at his place playing poker, but the other poker players tend to keep like 15 minute smoke breaks now and then, and i dont smoke so i try to get his C3C working, hopefully i manage that despite of some beers consumed if not, then its tomorrow morning)

Put an end to popups!

90 gold per upgrade for a GS, since it is 3 gold per 1 shields, and 40-10 (the cost of building the warrior).

So that means it cost 720 gold.

No, i think this is bit () more intense because of the small land amount and tiny map.

/edit: i played with about 16 colors or so, 640 resolution (damn my friend has crappy comp) and six-pack of beer intoxication i hope i did not make any grave errors

It's interesting that the celts are not really in need of tech after iron and a government. The next unit after GS that the Celts really want is the Cav. By then it will often be all over. So, the reduced price of the GS may actually have gone too far. (Sure looks like it to me now )
