Thanks ! we'll get the game moving again. Predesad also has the only Ivory (what i can see) source in the whole world, so that gives some nice options.

He also has both Iron and Horses.

A DAR would be great, if you want to do one. You can post it in the Strat forum, if you think there is a strategy lesson to be learned. Perhaps we could each start a DAR thread there and agree not to peek inside each other's threads until the game is finished.

What do the others think?

i would be willing to do it. I have almost all the saves on my HD, so it is not hard to write one. move, build city, build units, build settler, settler captured, units die, etc. That about sums it up for me.

Still pretty early in the game to think of something interesting to say. It might be a good idea to keep a diary, however, to recall what was going on for later use. Most of what I would like to discuss centers around the choice of tiny map size and how it affected the early game. We also have some interesting strategic resource issues that will become clearer as we go along.

I immediately checked for AU forum, if there was a new game, because of DAR being mentioned

But, if someone has the enthusiasm to write some, sounds good.
