While I support this (and voted yes), I really don't think that we can get this passed. That thread that Trip posted, at the UN about this, hasn't had a single reply. Also, IIRC, BF tryed to get something similar passed, over at the UN, and it was rejected, outright.
But All I can say is, we can always try.

Miccofl said that his team supports the measure. I would imagine that we can probably get CFC to go along with it as well. GCA will be a definite no-vote, and GWT will probably vote no.
