It takes 6 turns to mine with non industrial workers, Don.
When the roader has finishest roading, move it 3, then mine. one turn longer, but works just as well.

GK, what does the Warrior(1) mean for poly? I assume this means warrior in one turn (and barracks in Hypnos in 12). But the warrior will complete next turn, not turn after... and I don't see a way to squeeze ten spt out of poly even if we wanted to build another warrior.
Also, I would propose improving the bonus 3-3 of Apolyton before doing the sugar. With a mine & road, that tile will be 2, 2, and 2 for resources. The sugar will reach this with only a mine, as it already has 2 commerce; a road there will be temporarily wasted. By putting the sugar after the 3-3 bonus, we can be a little more efficient, delaying the wasted action of roading the sugar till later.
