	Small MoI suggestion... Increase Your PM Length

Some of those entertainers we need to keep cities out of disorder....if we still need some when we buy wines from the English then try turning them into Taxmen. Sometimes you can do that and keep the people happy enough, and you gain an extra gpt each time.

I think things would be more efficient if we used this workforce in the fields. The money and research we'll get will be improved by our marketplaces, and we'll get more shield to complete our projects faster.
Besides, money is pretty useless now, save for rushing projects, and every shield costs 4 gold (4 taxmen!). I think we should emphasize shield production than money.

This is a good idea. I didn't think of it during the session. I'll open Civ3 to see how practical that can be

Edit: it isn't optimal for now. This rise in luxury relieves a few of our core cities, and it doesn't liberate enough manpower to balance the budget back. Later, it will probably be useful, especially when the Forbidden Palace will be complete.
