It doesn't bother me, because it reflects the reality that we tend to herd with people who have similar socio-economic, racial, and other backgrounds.

Yeah, yeah -- you can give me a lot of exceptions to this rule and of course, there is nothing wrong with a diverse group of friends. But the fact is, Friends is already portraying the reality of herd instinct because it is a "whitey" show.
