Jonchastan is nuclear-capable (the Emir managed to develop a successful weapons program shortly before he was overthrown), but unilaterally declared itself a nuclear-free zone in the early days of the revolution. The reactor complex on Chandler Island has been in mothballs for over two decades now.

Basus has no nuclear weapons. We closed our last nuclear powerplant 5 years ago. The only nuclear technology used in Basus is for medical purposes.

NCC Pavesia has an incy-pincy test nuclear missle from the old Pavesia, that would been launced only as the last chance. The current goverment has now desided, that the old missle is useless and gives it willingly away.

Frankychanland cannot afford a nuclear program of any sort. We run a clean, environmentally-friendly economy....kind of.

Frankychanland is devoted to peace and prosperity amongst the nations of Apolyton and therefore does NOT have any type of nuclear weapons capability.

Now biological and chemcial weapon technology.......

I'd like to see Apolyton declared a nuclear-free zone... not for realism but for roleplay reasons. I guess that belongs in the rules thread, though.

The Tooled-Up Al Mastif's military budget is largely spent on 'Terror Weapons'.
It would be very hard to try and talk the Tooled-Up Sultan's finger away from the Button.

Oh, and the Arch-Capitalist has decided to invest in a nuclear stockpile, but only as 'insurance', should everything go to Hell.

BTW: I hope nobody minds me RPing the Arch-Capitalist's economy as larger than it really is, as almost all of the nation's private enterprise (and that of quite a few other nations) is owned by the Evil Plutocrat himself (whether covertly or otherwise), and it would be in his interests to cultivate his nation into an economic powerhouse.
Oh, and it takes so damn long to get a decent economy on NS.
