Where is the best site with C3C fan-made scenarios?

I don't see many fan-made scenarios around unlike for Civ2.

CFC (http://www.civfanatics.com/) has several -- much more compared to Poly. So many more I don't check Poly for them anymore.
... (but CFC may be down for much of this weekend due to software upgrades)

I know we are limited by the editor somewhat. I was really hoping to see good scenarios like we had in Civ2, but I don't think that is ever going to happen.

I thought that an American Civil War scenario might be nice (I assume you're not referring to any other civil war) but it occurred to me that it would be a relatively simplistic and uninteresting one, because there would be only two sides. That must be why they decided to go for the Napoleonic Wars instead.

you could include the french, the mexicans, and the native americans. Similar to the civ2 scenario . Although historically they didn't have much influence, but they could have. These scenarios are what ifs after all.
