On the tie issue: Again, I see nothing in the Constitution about not having a runoff election in the case of a two-candidate election tie, though it would be rather pointless if the same people voted the same ways.

Yep... I have a bit of a Con problem.

It is actually the name of the street my brother used to linve on (and a city in Ireland), Only I can't spel. It is susposed to be 'Donegal'. Oh well, at least no one is going to have the same name.

Agreed on that.

Deputy Consul is not a role that is taken lightly. Kloreep already had far too much power in our government.

But seriously, there's always a time when one of us is unavailable and we have the Deputy fill in. We also (for some strange reason) seem to take the opinion of the Deputy seriously when making decisions.
