Sorry, I thought I posted this yesterday. I must have got involved trying to solve a problem and fogot.

I built my first warrior, but the guy has 8 hit points! I hope some one knows why this happened or has a suggestion on how to fix it.

My suggestion is to play a few more turns and hope this is an isolated case since no one else had this problem.

If it doesn't happen with my other units it will be easy enough to use Hercules exclusivly to educate citizens on how lucky thay are to be part of the happiest nation in the world.

That sounds kind of like my mod

About a year ago I was fed up with how random the combat was and started adjusting health and attack/defense values for various units based on what era they came from mixed in with some common sense elements. Is it possible that my bic/bix file could have altered the game in some way? I thought only the game creator's settings would dictate that.

The HP adjustments were as follows:

code:

Conscript - 2HP
Regular - 8HP
Veteran - 14HP
Elite - 20HP

So it does sound like the changes in my modified bic/bix file. Sorry if I screwed things up for everyone
