Do the admins actually know who number 7000 is. Infact - I was just thinking, once the site reaches 10,000, that person/DL( ) should be given a rank of Deity from the beginner as a celebration thing.

Not sure, it could be another board, but let's say I would be highly surprised if UBB didn't have this feature.
