GWT is before GCA in turn order, right? Their pike spotted the galley last turn, but in case they're careless, they aren't going to scout Washington with Ansars. It's off the road network. Not a bad move from CGN, for once.

I highly doubt it will be there for long, though. GCA will at least have 2 defenders in that city
