Auto URL bug Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

This feature that automatically recognises a link address and sets it as a link in the post.

Could someone fix the bug that removes the carriage return/line feeds in the initial post ?

It's a pain to remember to put an extra one in each time, or to have to edit the post to replace the deleted ones afterwards.

Try it for yourself.
Write a post, include a couple of URLs seperated by a CR/LF.
Looks ok in the "Your Reply" box doesn't it.
Press the Submit, see the result.
Both on the same line running into each other.

If I'm not mistaken, this bug only shows up when you type a url in directly and let the UBB script convert it to a link, not when you explicitly use the [url] tag.
When I typed the following urls in, I hit 'return' between them:
http://apolyton.net http://apolyton.net/forums/

Quite, it is a UBB script bug.
The admin seems unconcerned. If only I could remember to use the [URL] tag.

OH!

I used to write HTML with text editors, and I have always been careful to include all the tags and corresponding closing tags, so it never occurred to me to use features like this

Of course, UBB has a number of strange bugs, and you can get screwed even if you use HTML in perfect form. Narck knows about at least some of these.
