I am very sorry, but I have always been a little perturbed by the flags that are next to people's screennames of posters on apolyton. I understand that the flag is meant to represent the country in which the poster resides. I also understand that, contrary to the belief of many American high-school students, Europe is not a country. Other people seem to have gone to the other extreme: Wales has not been a country for a little while now, either. However, people live in Europe, and people (in fact, some of the same people) live in Wales. People, to my knowledge, do not live in the United Nations. (Except me, of course.)
What up with that?

Yep... no flag at all. Better that way.

Who needs flags when you can have a neat new avatar?
EDIT:
Who needs flags when you can have a 1337 new avatar?

Imp: Time translations are under the avatars.
The other points are good, though.
EDIT: Or to the right of the Avatars, it depends...

I'm not Russian, but I have the Russian Flag. It's mostly so that it's easier to see. I haven't seen many people with it, and the colors kind of make it stick out if you know what to look for. I'm actually from the US, one country that most people have actually heard of. St. Piere. Is that a country? Never heard of it. I think they should just have 6 countries: America, Europe, Asia, Mid East, Africa, Australia. It'd be so much easier.
