Text Dissapears in Opening screens Enter the AD-FREE zone

So I just went through my entire system, upgrading all my hardware, and getting the latest drivers, and suddenly, conquests has lots of wierd problems with the text.

I initially reinstalled Civ3 because the text had gotten funny (issues with the opening screen text reading Jan-Dec, instead of "Start new..." - "Quit.") I've tried uninstalling my drivers, but the text will not come back. Even knowing where everything is, I cannot figure out what went wrong.

Anyone familiar with this problem? Help. Please!

Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Have you rolled back the graphics drivers to see if its them? I updated my Nvidia drivers and found that it screwed up Vice City, might be the same sort of effect.
