Our first curragh is nearly completed. We need to:
1. Name it
2. Decide where to send it - east, west or keep it near our cities

Start out heading West around our lands towards the North, as GK suggests. Otherwise we could go East, past CDG (scoping them out), and then onwards to that land East of Grog, and to see what land PAL has open to them.

I suggest the Argo - the ship of the Argonauts. We quest not for the Golden Fleece, but for lands that will bring our people riches in the future.

I say go east to look at CDG and then that landmass to the east.

That landmass to the NW looks like an island to me.

Remember that CDG has already sent a curraugh to the west. If the other two civs are reachable from the western edge of our continent, they've probably made contact already. Therefore, I suggest going east. Plus, we've recently discovered a 'tip of land' in that direction.

Ah, I didn't realise CDG went West. In that case East sounds the better option to me.

YAY! I should think of some more names. It's a nice little buzz to have a name you suggest accepted (at least to date).

PAL said they we exploring the eastern "landmass" in the last chat?

What do we know about it so far?

Even if they get contact, they cant share it till the Middle Ages.

If its looking like a large island or continent, I still say we go that way.

Argo is a great name.

And, I also believe this little guy needs to be checking out the CDG coastline. We'll need that information for the invasion.

Lastly, we may want to wait a little bit before we try to actively seek out BAT and GWT. I'd rather not mess with them until CDG is dead (or at least sufficiently doomed thereof).

Neither mapmaking nor contact trading is possible until the middle ages, so we'll need to explore.
