1. Let's say each month I put up nomination threads for each minister position, like a normal election. It would last four days. Then after the four days are up, I would make a poll for each position, like a normal election, that would last 72 hours. HOWEVER, it isn't an election, but what the Senate wants. The consuls don't have to do it, but it is going against the will of the people.

The consuls don't have to do it, but it is going against the will of the people. The minister positions would be up for the opinion polls in rotation, like the Consul system.

I think a minister should be replaced only when the need arrives. Actually all of us are trying to help to move the game forward. Why should we bother with more and more (useless) polls?
