Day three- Nuclear Docpiling
The construction cranes rumbled to life again today, as Chaunk, GeneralTacticus, and Jamski put up the new cities of Ubiquitous, Knights Templar, and R3\/3/\/G3!
DrSpike had just finished rebuilding the new Ambivalent Regarding the nuking of Spaced, when the ribbon was cut by one of Trokair's warheads. Three more of those warheads would descend on Vovan, wiping out a good sized chunk of the Middle East.
The explosion was seen by observors on a Nile riverboat shortly after the mafia struck again. The nine remaining passengers pondered whether they'd be first hit by a stray shot or by the mob.
Vovan's troubles were over, but DrSpike's had just started. Returning from a gladiator match, Doc watched as Nuke Spaced got renamed Nuke Doc courtesy of Jonny, who also fired three at Ljube, putting him back into the mid 1990s.
Responding to fan demand, the latest Jamski Studios epic, Galactic Overlord 4, brought back the great fleet actions of days past. Residents of Trokairland were unable to enjoy it though, as the ministry of information had banned it for "subversive content".
Dark clouds gathered over DarkCloud, specifically, dark mushroom clouds from Loinburger's three nukes. Adding insult to injury, one of Loinburger's spies had replaced DarkCloud's missile launch computer with a iMac, destroying his stockpiled nukes originally bound for Hercules.
Hercules breathed a sigh of relief, until Vlad Antlerkov dumped a load of four, putting the quest for Viagra at another premature end.
At the Apolyton Racetrack, assassins exchanged information on secret projects undertaken by Vovan, Spaced Cowboy, Skanky Burns, and Ljube. One reporter managed to gain additional information, but was promptly assassinated.
