When ever i start up J.Petrotski's Ansteig SCN it gives me an error and shuts down my Civ2 MGE.
I put what it says on the details on the help forum(which is quite long).

Hahah, just yanking your chain, SunTsu. LOL, what made you title this "Everyone..."

Anyway, I got up and walked over there to take a look, and what I would do is try downloading the scenario again; it might be messed up.

You probably did that already, though; so, next I'd make damn sure I had the latest drivers for my vid card and my sound card.

When that fails to help, I'd try reloading Civ2. After that, I'd try reloading the latest version of DirectX drivers from Microsoft. When that doesn't help, I'd try to reload Windows.

Actually what I'd really do is just say, "Screw this; who wants to play a buggy scenario." But it sounds like you really want to play this; so, follow those steps as far as your patience holds. ; )
