How do I add stuff to my campsite? I got the KoL Certificate and I went to the campsite, but it didn't add it automatically and there didn't seem to be any buttons to do it.

Around 40 or so? You can add things to your camp that increase the number of adventures each day. Or just not play for a day or two and the adventures accumulate.
