OOC: A senior Al Mastifi Intelligence Organisation official is seeking to defect, but first he'll have to make his way out of Al Mastif first.
He has contacted several nations' intelligence agencies, but each of the nations notified doesn't know this.
I'm intending this as a bit of a time-wasting side-show, as the whole Azan thing seems to take so long.

Any thoughts on this?

Who's game for this?

Any advice on how this should be carried out?
