	New Noobs Game Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

I'd like to start a new PBEM game.

This will only be my 2nd PBEM game and I hope to get other NOOBS to join in. I typically play solo on Monarch, so please no Diety players. Builders and Warmongers, all are welcome!

Currently proposed game settings are:
-C3C w/ most current patch
-Regent difficulty
-5 players Max (for speed of play)
-preferably one turn per day ( I am in EST or GMT-5)
-No AI (unless someone really wants them)
-Roaming Barbs
-All Victory Conditions on
-Accellerated Production
-Starting units: (2)settlers, (2)workers, (1)warrior

Currently proposed map settings are:
-Small Map
-Wet
-4 Billion Years old
-Temperate
-Continents (70% Water)

Any settings I am missing?

We could have someone set up an accellerated start like I've seen other games do. Possibly additional units: settlers, workers, warriors, etc.

Snoopy has generously offered to set up the map.

Civ... Not really. Long as it's scientific or industrious, I'm good, but I guess I can try other things, as well. That is, if we are playing on lots of land.

Timezone => EST (east coast US), I believe that's GMT-5?

Sounds good to me. With ACC production, perhaps we should increase the map size to give more room to all those units? What do you think vovan?

good, i think we should set up some time areas since we are going to be 5 players we divid the day in 5 that is 5 hours + 4 hours on the last one

Slot 1: 1 am - 5 am CET (6 pm - 10 pm Chicago time)
Slot 2: 5 am - 10 am CET (10 pm - 3 am Chicago time)
Slot 3: 10 am - 2 pm CET ( 3 am - 7 am Chicago time)
Slot 4: 2 pm - 7 pm CET (7 am - 12 am Chicago time)
Slot 5: 7 pm - 12 pm CET (12 am - 5 pm Chicago time)

if you need to convert time just go to this site http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc and choose europe Oslo for CET

Since this game seems to be struggling to get enough players, I'll grace it with my presence. I am GMT -6, or as it is known where I live, CST. I need some time to pick my civ, and those settings are good with me.

Welcome aboard Gamecube. And thank you for gracing us with your presence. Try to have your Civ picked by Tuesday. I'd like to get started Wednesday, but that will depend on Snoopy's schedule (since he's volunteered to set up the map).

We could go ahead with 4 players, if everyone agrees.

Let's wait till the end of the day Tuesday, and if no one else has joined, we'll start with just the 4 of us. If that's the case, we might want to shrink it to a Tiny map, so we can find each other quicker.

Okay Everybody, be ready to start play sometime Wednesday. I'm going to forward all of the information to Snoopy around midnight at the end of Tuesday. Hopefully, if he has time, he'll get a chance to generate and check a map sometime thereafter.

Gee, I gotta stop joining these things, but one turn a day. That hardly takes any time at all.

I don't know if I can work those time slots. Im GMT -7 and I'm usually online 15 -23 GMT.

If that works out then Id like to try Scandinavia.
