I just received the send. I'm sorry guys, something is going on with my hotmail.com. Anyway, I'm going to be away this month. I'm going to Berlin and I posted that in the absence and temps. as of now none has volunteered to replace me for this month. So if by 5th of july i have none, you can skip my turns. Again i'm sorry for the delay.

I think Mickeyj will be willing to play your turns Khannal. When is the last day you can play, and when do you return from Berlin? You might want to start listing out your instructions.

However, I have serious concerns that this game will go nowhere, as one or two of us has demonstrated a lack of commitment.

I realise that there will be times when one of us can't play for a while, but there have been regular absences with no explanations. It is common courtesy to inform your fellow players if you are not able to play the game for a while. This hasn't been happening with a few individuals, and they know who they are.

This is a real shame, especially given that Conqueror took the time to set the game up to our specifications.

I need a reassurance from everyone that you are willing to keep this game moving, and that you will let us know if you will be away for a while (as Khannal just did).

Should anybody be struggling to play, you could always advertise for a replacement, or failing that just do a Sabrewolf and disband all your cities. The remaining players could promise to leave the island empty to maintain balance

actually, "to sabrewolf" is a derived form of "to paddy", named after paddy the scot:
originally, he gifted cities to others when he was attacked by hordes of japanese archers. as i couldn't really gift my cities to anyone, because all were against me, i gifted them to the barbarians... but somehow they burned everything down to ashes

Hey, i know that krill is advertising in Absc. for replacements, and i'm glad to fill in for him here as i may in others, if you like... looks like not too much has happened so i can probably get in on the action pretty quickly I basically always play a turn a day, sometimes more ...

Hello there folks! I am leaving today Will be coming back in 30 days... since absolutely none has accepted to take my place, I'll be sending my personal password to Sabrewolf(if it's ok with him but since I don't have much more time, I'll have to send it to someone). Have a good game, guys.

btw: I was having a load of problems with hotmail too.. I think I'd better wait till I get google mail to start playing again heeh (hopefuly in a week or two I'll get invited ) see you soon!
