Control: City change w or w/o focus set Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

When switching through all my cities with the Key "N", the focus of the screen will be set to the new current city.

When I use the next or previous button on the lower control panel to switch through the cities, the focus will not be changed.

I think this is a minor bug and it should be changed. But others may think this is not bug and instead a feature.

Should this be changed in the game?

Suffering from ads?

how about when you click the Next or Previous button, a new button appears for "Focus on city" button, or something similar
It dissapears only when you are on the city that is actually focused already ?

Fix it! Enter the AD-FREE zone

Why would you not want the screen to refocus on the city?

I think this is a bug and should be fixed. When you open the city manager and click the forward/back buttons the screen re-centres on each city behind the window.

No, not two buttons, it is better to make the behaviour coherent. However this could slow down the game when the game is already slowed down by a lot of memory usage.

Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I agree, the games features/controls should try to maintain a standard. As it already does switch the view to the city selected with the next(N) key, would it really add much more number crunching to include that in the forward/backward buttons on the UI?
I've got used to the view not changing as i use the UI buttons, but would most likely appriciate it if it did

Made the changes as described here:

Source Code and description

Was more complicated as i thought, to get it all clear and implement it optimized without much redundancy.
