	Question about couple lines in the Apolyton FAQ Got spare money?

How do we track the number of times someone's been banned? Maybe we need an FAQ?!

Since we're brining up the FAQ again, I might mention that Brian Reynolds is still the Civ3 Designer... I haven't mentioned it in awhile, but the FAQ was due to expire yesterday (and perhaps be updated today?) according to the announcements thing...
