Option 2: Lets poll & repoll every damn issue until no one wants to play.

I guess what currently still needs to be done is finish the alphax.txt/chopper discussion, ask someone to create a map/game, ask someone to become moderator, appoint private forum leaders, contact MarkG or DanQ about all this, and hope no one starts rediscussing already made decisions.

The problem seems to be simple-- you really need the moderator in place early in the process since they have the apparent authority to declare things as decided and avoid the polls on polls mess. When no one has that authority, you get nobody with the power to move things ahead.
