Playing the Thrones and Patriots expansion (with fully patched RoN), and despite it maxing my CPU out at all times (even sitting in the menu), I'm quite impressed.
But here's my problem. Playing the "New World" CTW campaign as Lakota. My first turn, I attacked one of the territories and defeated it. As I got the victory screen, I selected "examine map" instead of quit. After that, there didn't seem to be any way out without quitting the campaign. When I "Continue", I get put right back in examine map mode but for the life of me I don't see any way back to the North American map to continue the game.
Is this a bug, or am I just missing a menu item somewhere?
