Should we build units with attack higher than 1 soon? We have lost silly amounts of units to barbs.

Where do we send this one btw? There are only a couple of city sites left in the north.

The south doesn't look that bad, many rivers, iron, horses and spices(although I expect SS to grab the spices). Besides, thanks to a FP-rank bug will new cities in the south suffer almost uniform corruption.

I'm not too keen on building units that don't upgrade very far. Once SS start giving us horses I think we should just build horses and spears, I'll have to get onto them about that again. I think reg JW's are expendable though.

I think there's room for 1 more first corruption ring city in the north, between kurds and wife and I'm not sure non-first ring cities in the north are worth it considering the amount of jungle that would have to be chopped. SS have made the mistake of builind a load of crappy jungle filled cities that are pretty much useless for the foreseeable future. Then I figure there's room for 4 or so more productive cities on the river in the south and then 1 city for the iron.

I think it probably is worth building a granary in the FP city to produce settlers.

Do you remember how long ago we got Feudalism from Tabemono? I told LL we'd sell it to them once we'd had it for 20 turns but I haven't got a clue how long ago we got it and haven't got any of the old saves anymore.
Do you think we should just sell it to them now? We don't have any agreement with Tabemono to wait 20 turns it's just that they may be a bit pissed if we do sell it to them.
They were offering 300g for it but that might go down if they have to wait longer.

20 turns? At least I have the old saves, I'll just have to wade through them. I'll see if I get the time this evening. We could use 300g now...

I wasn't thinking of building masses of them, only 2-4 archers for cleaning up those fcuking barb villages that seem to pop up everywhere. A small taskforce with 1-2 spears, 2-3 archers and 1-2 JW.

Do we have an agreement with SS about that southern territory? There are some good land there, and some resources.

Found this in an old thread:

Tabemono send furs, spices and Feudalsim don't know if we are meant to pay for the lux I guess they'll ask if they want some money

Looks like we've had feudalism for 10 turns now, if this is turn 122 that is.

I didn't open the save to check btw...

Hmmm, so what do you think then, should we just trade it to them now?

I guess 2-3 archers would be a good idea.

Not sure about the land to the south, I just figured we'd have some kind of unspoken agreement with SS whereby we have the land south of us and they have the land south of them.

Yeah, there are spices, horses and iron there. I guess the iron 'naturally' belongs to us, maybe the horse as well, as SS got plenty of them. Spices however seem to fall closer to 'their' territory.

I dont know about the feudalism trade, breaking the 20-turn embargo is in line with the team-theme
