Grandpa - you and I need to learn how to communicate. I did not mean to imply that you said anything wrong, and if I did - I apologize. I am a gentle soul by nature - believe me. Ok - so the order and civs now look something like this...

Beta GMT-5 .... Koreans
Grandpa Troll GMT-5 (I think) Germans
snoopy369 GMT-6 (I think)
Paddy the Scot GMT+9 ...Greeks
Aqualung71 GMT+7 ...Babylonians
Zord GMT+1 ...Persians
ChrisiusMaximus GMT+1 ...Byzantines

Ok - with Vovan gone - that opnes up the Ottomons. Granpda - you were first in - so you should get first choice of the remaining 3 civs. If you are happy with the Germans then snoop gets to choose between the Russians and the Ottomans. He has indicated the Russians are OK - so unless I hear from you - I will assume that is OK.

I think the above play order works best.

I need to confirm - snoop vs GT and Zord vs CM. If I don't hear anything soon - then we go with the above.

And I may get a map maker just to check for the gawd-awful island start.
