Hi there, I've been playing CTP2 on and off for a few years now, probably completed the game against the AI around 10 times using a variation of mods.
Anyway, I read a thread a while back of some players who had a 2v2 and it looked a lot of fun.
I was wondering if there are any people here interested in swapping MSN/email addresses or whatever to get some more of those games going? It would be easier to keep in contact that way rather that this forum.
Cheers
Dave

There are also bots that scan forums for email tags and whatever else they do, so id either remove it or edit it in a way so it isnt so easy to pickup. ie dave.enrightETC@ILIKESPAMTOOflyingfish.co.nz and remove capitals to send an email.
As far as a MP game goes, most people here and the 4 player game you mention, we all used ICQ to coordinate a game, if you can get that itd be easiest.
Also any newbies shouldnt be afraid (that is if you are) of playing more experienced players, if we play a 2v2 we always partner players up to make it as even a game as possible. Playing on the same team as a more experienced player is one of the best ways to learn too.

I do have Windows XP - is Mutliplayer buggy in Windows XP?
I don't think I have ever seen CTP2 crash once actually (yes I have played it a few times too) - this is in single player however, under Windows XP and Windows 2000.

Well thats stupid. I wonder why?
Maybe "compatibility" mode helps - not that it usually does.
