Forum Listing Page Broken Increase Your PM Length

When I am on the page that lists all of the forums, if I hit the Refresh button twice, normally all of the little light bulbs will turn off, indicating no new posts. Today that isn't working. No matter how many times I hit refresh the bulbs stay lit. What gives? Is it broken?

Mark, it is the second, but it also appears to be working now. It was only wrong for a few hours. Sorry to raise an alarm for such a temporary problem.
