How do you get additional invites?

I just used up the first invite one gets when they join already...but I have friends who I want to send invites to...do you accumulate them over time?

It takes a long time before you get invites... but I just got 6 invites at once about an hour ago, but until then I had only had 2 invites...

How long for an invite to accumulate, exactly? On average?

Well, right now, I don't know exactly what friends want them, since I recently got gmail, only very recently, and some have expressed interest but not confirmed anything. Basically I'm going to want to give invite them soon...

I spent over a month not sending a single email, no invites.

Then I sent a mail and immediately got an invite, the one that went to Tuberski.

Then I've sent four, five more over two days and now I have five invites. (PM me the works if you want to get invited)

Strange, I've been sending lots of emails for over a month now and I've only gotten 2 invites. Oh well I've only had one request for one so far so its more than I need.

Perhaps giving the invites is totally chaotic. I have been recieving and sending lots of emails during the 2 months or so that I've been using gmail. I've got 10 invites so far. They seem to sort of "burst"

Yeah, I think this is round two. A couple months ago nearly everyone had one and now I got 6/7 in a week.

Hotmail should work. I think a reject/doesn't go through is like 1 out of 1000. My invites (the one I got, and the one I sent) got through fine.
