In C3C, is there a way I can show the same Foreign Advisor's Screen photo(ancient, for example) for another civ (Japan. for example) through all four eras, without using a photo editor to edit the Art\Advisors\To_all.PCX file? Can it be done by editing the PediaIcons text document?

In a word - yes. I believe that simply altering the text file so that each era is pointing to the picture you want (in this case, the same one for each) is all you need to do. But I'm not familiar enough with the document to tell you exactly what you need to change.

Actually, you can't without using a graphics editor to make the XX_all file the same picture in all ages. That's why you get other versions of the XX_all files in the individual Conquest folders.
