That is all that needs to be said about that. We want them to have the impression that we're actually disappointed that they rushed the Sistine Chapel with a GL. However, I also wanted to word it in such a fashion that at least we and our allies know what we really mean.

Ah, yes, I completely forgot that we were building Sistine's Chapel in APOLYTON PRIME. !!!

They must have thought that we actually intended to build that wonder, not that it was one of E_T's bizzare "stealth" projects to hide our absolutely bizzare wonder projects that E_T alone seems to understand. But whatever.

The point being, they actually thought that they'd handed us a painful defeat by using that GL! Our perceived building of Sistine's may have, in fact, urged them to quickly use that GL.

Excellent work, gentlemen.

Well it's not built the instant they used the GL. The fact they switched to it after knowing we had been building it in Apolyton Prime means they knew they could get it before us. Further, by posting at the UN as they did means that they rushed it, and were just kindly letting us know of this before our next turn.
