	Game setup - information Got spare money?

The game has been setup as follows:

4 humans - Gaia, Angels, Morganites, Sparta

3 AIs - Hive, Uni, PK

Empath guild and cloudbase academy disabled.

You all have a quite decent starting position about the same distance to closest neighboar and to each other and with a a "home ground" roughly the same size.

The AI has been given a slight head start - Hive by getting an extra CP, a couple of extra formers plus very fertile territory, PK and Uni by being given each others commlink and pacted (uni submissive to PK). The AI or its attitude has not been tinkered with otherwise meaning they might well be willing to cooperate/trade.

Without saying too much you are all likely to run into Hive as your first encounter. They will be sitting on a very desireable spot but will be no pushover in the early phase - so you need to decide if you want to try to get along with them or make a grab for their territory. That is if someone else did not get there first of course.

Gaians - Obstructor, Darsnan
Spartan - Googlie, Maniac
Morgan - Chaunk, Impaler[WrG], jtsisyoda
Data Angels - Hercules, Geomodder

If things do not change in Gaians soon, scenario will maybe have to be remodified .

obstructor, I suggest you PM all the gaians on your team and ask them to increase their activity levels slightly. I'd hate to see the gaians leave as a 4 faction game will be much more interesting than a 3 faction game.

Plus I can think of several experienced PBEMers on your team who I imagine will all chip in greatly in your experience.

I PMed them all (and why did YOU start PMing them). They look at forums but obviously intentionally ignore important issues. PBEMers are either busy or ahven't looked at forums even once. I am thinking about abandoning the faction and joining another.

I'm sorry to hear that obstructor. I'd imagine the activity level will pick up now we have a turn and a game to play. As I said above, it'd be a real shame if the gaians go.

I PMed Darsnan to ask him to play the minigame turn. No more, no less.

Thanks for the info.
And are the AIs then taking positions 5, 6 and 7? Or are their turns somewhere between the humans, as IIRC the Angels and Believers were in ACDG2?
(Just asking to be completely sure, to be able to plan our tech research path well)

If you (or Buster) open the scenario editor, then choose the left hand menu, "scenario", and then "reload factions", the order displayed will be the turn order

I didn't expect Gaians to be in this bad shape. I offered help once, and will offer help again. I would not like to see Gaians abandoned in this game. There was once obs was disspointed at the activity level. But it picked up later. I'm sure the activity level will pick up again.

I understand obstructor did not feel my help is needed. But before I enter all teams' private forums I'm still available if in case the Gaians does need help.
