The architect comes up with the general layouts and finishing concepts (eg type of brick, colour of paint), the other engineers do the rest. I don't design anymore, purely oversee the design process and are responsible to make sure the designs are compliant with all the relevant regs, and of course ensure that the designs achieve the client's objectives.

how detailed are you planning to write your DARs? i'm asking because we're not allowed to look at any other DARs and i don't want to be too detailed or too abstract.
