New NationStates Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

I don't know how many of you ever used the NS forums; those who did know quite intimately how slow they could be; bogged down by too many users, etc. A while ago they began their first step towards fixing the problem. Now they are in the middle of transferring everything over to a new server. The forums are still down, and will be for a day or so more, but your nation home page should be up with a slightly different design. Expect a new look for the forums as well.
