Once upon a time there was a mindworm who loved a beautiful princess called Dawn, because she was so beautiful that people compared her to the dawn of each day. The mindworm was very sad because he loved the princess, but he didn't have no money, no job, and no health care. The mindworm knew that he didn’t have a hope in courting the beautiful princess when there were so many dandy princes always surrounding her.

One day the princess was frolicking in the fungus when she came across the mindworm crying. The princess heart was filled with pity and asked the mindworm. “Why do you cry little mindworm, please don’t cry or otherwise I will feel bad.” The mindworm burst into greater tears as this was probably going to be his only chance ever.

“I was once a handsome prince that was changed into a mindworm by a rogue nanoreplicator”, the mindworm lamented. “The change can only be reversed if I am kissed by a beautiful princess like yourself”

“Do I know you?” asked the princesses. “Oh never mind, yes I am a beautiful princess and I will kiss you if can help you change back into a prince.” Without further ado the mindworm leaps up and french kisses the princess.

After it became apparent that nothing happened the princess asked the mindworm, “Little mindworm why did nothing happen.”

“It’s rather embarrassing, I didn’t quite tell you everything needed to break the spell”, the little mindworm said. He gets closer to the princess and whispers what she needs to do to.

“Although my heart fears what will happen I will help you”, sighed the princess. “When you change back to a handsome prince you can repay me”.

Nine months passed and the princess had a son she called Cha Dawn. The little mindworm well, he had gotten over his crush a few months back.

You know what? I was thinking about creating a tales section yesterday, like converting "The sleeping beauty" and other fairy tales to Chiron style. But this one´s pretty good!

Huh? The MISE article was white text for me, but then I´m using MOO3 style...

Sorry for that. I guess the whole layout is optimized for MOO3 style, since most poly-people use that one. Anything else hard to read or looking strange?

I will try to set blue background for the whole magazine, with white text.

It´s white text on black background. I think it´s the best combo possible. Black on white is so low class, we are the MORGANS, we need a fancy newspaper. Also black bg fits with the logo at the top.

I took some more liberties with your post Micha... The [color] tag won't work when it's surrounding a table as the table is considered a separate object by the HTML. Instead, I implemented a small stylesheet and forced white on black.

One side issue, sometimes the M.I.S.E. image shows up, and sometimes it doesn't for me. Any thoughts on why that should be?

Let's put the greed quote in. If we want to keep it short, we can just cut the quote at "-for lack of a better word, is good.". Also, make sure that the authors are mentioned for their work and me as chief editor

Thanks, it´s fine now. (Though no difference for me to notice )
As for the background file, I don´t know, I just noticed the first time that it doesn´t show up. Had the same problem with the uran-utan one time, I think it´s a poly loading issue. Just as the avatars come and go...
I have uploaded all files used in that edition on my account and linked to them. It might be that the mods have deleted them, but then an unknown file error should occure... Maybe Kody has some idea?

Well, the pic behind the ticker (marquee) is also background, but it loads immediately. It´s as big as the MISE background, and it´s retrieved from the same place. Still the latter won´t appear for me anymore... Strange...
