Crossfire reduces costs Put an end to popups!

I just happened to notice on the workshop that all costs for all units is 10% off. So that 10 mineral scout patrol only costs 9. I currently have Crossfire, as well as the v2.0 update. Difficulty level doesn't appear to change this, and this cost of 9 applies to growth and nutrients, not just production costs. I even looked at the alphax.txt, but the cost multiplier is 10, even thought everything in the game acts as if it is nine. Any of you know what's up with this?
